JOB ROLE

As a Senior Scientist (Molecular), you will lead the development and validation of molecular assays, contributing to the advancement of clinical diagnostic products. You will manage a small team of scientists, providing mentorship and technical expertise while ensuring projects meet regulatory standards. Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, you will drive assay development using technologies such as digital PCR (dPCR) and next-generation sequencing (NGS), making a direct impact on the company's growth and scientific innovation.

ABOUT YOU

You will excel in this role if you have:

• A PhD in Life Sciences, preferably in molecular biology, with at least two years of postdoctoral experience or five years of industry experience.
• Hands-on expertise in molecular biology techniques such as dPCR, qPCR, and NGS.
• Experience developing and validating diagnostic assays in a regulated environment (e.g., ISO13485 or ISO15189).
