Director – Clinical Development // Develop the future of Ophthalmology // Remote

You are an expert in clinical development and have a strong track record of advancing drugs through all phases of development.

Why have you dedicated your career to the clinic? To develop new drugs meeting real unmet need for patients?

We are working with an Italian pharma who specialise in developing drugs for rare and complex diseases within the ophthalmology, CNS, and immunology space. A private company with significant resources, a long-term view, and a real track record of success, they are looking for a Director Clinical Development to drive Ophthalmology assets from phase I through IV (including a potential best-in-class asset for a rare front of eye disease with extremely good phase 2 data).

You will lead programs, have strategic input, and significant influence over the direction of ophthalmology clinical development. You will join a world class team that has already taken ophthalmology drugs to market and have a real impact on the team’s ability to become even more successful.
