Their logistics team plays a key role in maintaining regulatory standards while optimising shipping and supply chain processes.

JOB ROLE

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring full compliance with import/export regulations. You will liaise with customs, handle shipping documentation, and coordinate freight quotes to optimise costs and efficiency. Your role will be essential in maintaining accurate logistics records, resolving clearance issues, and supporting process improvements within the supply chain.

ABOUT YOU

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international trade laws, HS codes, and import/export documentation.
• Experience in the Pharma/Biotech sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customs management systems.
• Right to work in the UK

WHAT YOU GET

• Permanent position
• £28,000 - £30,000 Per Annum
• Monday - Friday
• Hybrid - 3-4 days onsite per week
